Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the sale of products by Symlift (“we”, “us”, “our”) on the website symlift.com (“the Site”) to end customers (“you”, “the Customer”).

1. Products: We offer skincare devices using LED light technology. Essential characteristics are listed on each product page.

2. Prices: All prices are displayed in EUR (VAT included). Shipping costs are shown during checkout. Prices may change, but orders are charged based on the rate at the time of purchase.

3. Orders: Add items to your cart and confirm your purchase at checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email.4. Payment: Payment is due immediately upon order. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.

5. Shipping: We ship within [Europe / worldwide]. Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days. Risk transfers to you once the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal: You have 14 days after delivery to return your order without giving any reason. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging. Return costs may apply.

7. Refund Policy: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds (excluding shipping fees) are issued within 14 days.

8. Warranty: All products are covered by legal warranties (conformity & hidden defects). Any commercial warranty is detailed on the product page.

9. Liability: We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

10. Governing law: These T&C are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent court shall be that of the customer’s residence.

11. Updates: We may update these Terms periodically. The applicable version is the one valid on the order date.
